Terms & Conditions
General
We will not be held responsible if we are given incorrect information (date, time, flight number etc.) at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to choose/change the route taken at any time prior to, or during the journey as the driver/company deems fit, we always endeavour to take the fastest route.
We do not provide shared shuttle services, only private transfers.
Etiquette
Seat belts must be worn at all time & all passengers must be seated when the vehicle is moving.
Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.
Abuse or aggression towards our drivers is not tolerated and we reserve the right to refuse transport if a person is displaying these behaviours.
At no time should any passenger throw objects out of the window or have any part of their body outside of the vehicle.
Belongings
Passengers are responsible for their own belongings at all times and we do not accept any liability for any damages to luggage. If the passenger has left anything behind in the vehicle, by our regulations, we may keep it for 3 months before we dispose of it and we will dispose of any food items immediately.
Quotes
Quotes given that require out sourcing of larger buses can only be held for 24hrs, after which time the size of bus required may no longer be available.
Please be advised that on certain occasions JPC Transfers may sub-contract jobs to other companies or operate their vehicles, when unforeseen events happen.
Quotes are valid for 28 days from date of issue.
Quoted prices are inclusive of Tolls, Airport Fees & GST.
Payment
cash & credit
We accept Cash & Credit Card payments either via Eftpos in the vehicle on the day of the transfer or via credit card prior to the service.
Only Jobs over $1000 require a 20% deposit upon booking.
$100 cleaning fee applies for spilt drinks, chips, general rubbish.
$200 cleaning fee is applicable if someone vomits.
Damage caused to a Vehicle by a passenger shall be charged to the Hirer.
Additional Pickup or Dropoff locations will be charged additional fees if notified after initial quote/payment is made.
A 50% Cancellation fee is applicable for cancellations within 24 hours of a service for circumstances within your control.
